It starts the moment you cross the threshold and, when you leave, our aim is for you to feel refreshed, invigorated and ready to move forward with a spring in your step. Alongside the daily meditation (always optional), we are offering a Yoga session on Saturday from 10.30-12 together with a range of complementary therapies and treatments by a range of experienced personnel, each committed to maximising the benefit of your stay at Centre. Free time is also included in our programme when you may wish to explore our 17 acres of gardens, woodland and fields, perhaps visiting our reforestation project, ancient oaks or becoming acquainted with our two horses. Alternatively, you may wish to visit a nearby deserted cove and walk contemplatively by the shore, perhaps later taking a sauna. The quality of the vegetarian food that we serve is important to us, with as much as possible coming from our organic garden or sourced locally. A spring provides our own natural, health-giving waters. The bedrooms, simply decorated and furnished with crystals and flowers, offer comfort and serenity enhanced by stunning countryside views.
